Ingredients:
puff pastry without yeast – 250 g
Latvian sprats – 1 can – 250 g
egg - 1 pc
sesame seeds – 1 tablespoon
How to prepare:
1. Slightly thaw puff pastry. Put it onto a floured work surface and roll it out into a thin sheet.
2. put the Latvian sprats in the middle, make cuts on both sides of the dough
3. Put pastry together in the way of briding cut stripes
4. Put the pie on the oven tray which is smeared with butter, cover with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds
5. Bake the pie in the oven for 20 minutes at temperature 180 degrees
6. Take it out of oven and let it rest a little.
